As far as the Jan 6 people who did crime, the country owes them nothing but jail time or some appropriate punishment, but Trump owes them a personal pardon and a big thanks, because he's the one who put them up to it, and didn't do enough to stop it.. He pretends "Who me? I didn't do anything wrong." What a con!!!

I tried being sorry for them about 2 weeks, and then realized you can't fix stupid.

Disorderly Conduct is usually a summary offense in most cases, at most a misdemeanor. So, like a fine and the judge telling you to never do it again. No reason for jail time for a demonstration, which was all it was.

It was more than that but not because of the demonstrators.


It was all premeditated and instigated by Pelosi as a plan to disrupt the crowd.

It'll all come out in the wash, you'll see.


The giveaway was when they imported covert operatives into the crowd.

That too will come out more clearly.

They bused them in.


In short, it was a corrupt anti-sting op.

And it wouldn't have been required if they didn't steal the election.

If someone demonstrates in the same way at your house be sure to say all the broken stuff and damage only deserves a disorderly conduct charge. Then get out your wallet and pay for it yourself since nothing really happened according to you.

At my private residence it would be breaking and entering, which is a higher level crime. What happened on Jan 6 was a demonstration over a clearly stolen election that simply got out of hand. You think I’m a left winger? The Jan 6 offenders were committing treason. If they stayed outside the Capitol they would have remained demonstrators. I do not excuse the BLM crime sprees that occurred. But the Jan 6 hooligans committed a far worse crime, as it was treason, not ‘just’ arson and theft and murder like the BLM riots were. There are lots of Americans like me that could never vote for a Harris, but want the Jan 6 imbeciles to rot in jail.

You are defining "treason" pretty far down. I am guessing you would want the perpetrators of the Boston Tea Party rotting in prison for treason?
