The Black Death resulted in the deaths of up to 75–200 million

These are staggering numbers when you
consider the population of London
was only 80,000 and plague killed
half the residents. Imagine the population
of Europe today if all those people had
lived and had offspring and grandkids.

The USA will not exist in 50 years. Mankind will go extinct in 1000.

I will take that 50 year bet for as much as you want. We can both put the cash in escrow.

I am kind of hoping mankind goes extinct before I die (I guess that isn't technically possible). I would love to watch the reaction of everyone as they realize we are all dying shortly.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

What a joy it must be to be
around you every day. Good
grief.. You only eat gas station
food, sit on the couch and
watch sports, and wish everyone
was dying so you could be filled
with glee.

I had a thread on it here years ago. Population will start declining about 2100. When it starts it will be runaway, a kind of reverse chain reaction. As more and more infrastructure can no longer be run it will be unstoppable. Hollowed out cities.

This all assumes no nuclear war is started by Kamala Harris should she eventually make POTUS.

Much like Vegas weather, just a bit hotter I guess.

You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

I don't know that I would find glee in it but it would be fascinating to observe.

Gotta agree with AZ again. It might come even sooner than 50 years.

The past few months have been both alarming and depressing for those of us who love liberty & freedom.

Until this "pandemic", I never realized how many Americans would rather choose the police state over liberty & freedom. They'll even snitch on their neighbors to take away their liberty & freedom as well.

It's a damn shame.................

From what we are seeing at the moment it will end in more in the form of the Russian or Cuban revolutions. The "USA" will still "be there" but nothing will remain of the government we know today. As a prediction, liberals will one day suggest or ask that we delay elections so "they can legislate without having to worry about re-election." Watch for that one!

I'm not worried about it. The overwhelming
majority of Americans are appalled at all
that's happening. They are the ones who
ultimately decide, not the few reprobates
we see on the news. The gigantic silent
majority that loves home ownership,
a new car, and decent schools to send
their kids to.

Don't be so quick there. Just look at the mask bullies out there. The number who are fine with staying closed. They might not bedown with BLM but they are sheep.
