It's called "FREEDOM."

I don't recall you being so upset at sanctuary cities protecting illegal aliens.

Also. Yes, I am very against sanctuary cities, and I support strong borders and in country checkpoints and verification......

If a police state means policing unsafe behavior then yes, I wish we lived in a police state.

Buying tomato seeds and leaving your house to visit your mother at hers are not examples of "unsafe behavior."

You statement shows you would trade your freedom for security. When you do that you get neither.

Wisconsin Sheriff Says He Will Not Enforce Stay-at-Home Order.

This will be spreading. Two county sheriffs
in MI are not enforcing. Every sheriff in
every state knows every other sheriff
because they deal with each other
all the time. They're talking and will be
the ones to end the shutdown. Laws
and rules are useless if there's nobody
to enforce them.

Florida GOP governor announces schools will stay closed for the rest of the school year.

TYRANNY!!!

(This is why the righties’ weird arguments against the stay at home orders aren’t gaining any real traction with normal people - politicians from both sides who actually live in the real world know that none of this is a “hoax.”)

Some here have stated, if I understand them correctly, that certain executive orders are unconstitutional. Don't we have a recourse, called the courts, to determine if a law/ruling/order is constitutional or not? Isn't the proper recourse to sue in some fashion if you believe your constitutional rights have been violated?

AZ, please give me what you consider the most egregious example of an unconstitutional order that a Governor has imposed. Thanks.

Our witch gov has said if
I'm in Walmart and a can
of paint is right there on
the shelf in front of me, I
can't buy it because it's
not 'essential'.

Ah yes, the famous “can of paint in Walmart” clause of the Constitution.

Yeah, that is what I was pointing out. Maybe I was being too subtle.

Once again, ams, you are wrong.... I just read the entire Constitution, and no where in it does it mention the right to buy paint!

Ok... seriously..... The courts are there to interpret the constitution....

If a religious zealot says he can sleep with as many 8 year old girls as he wants to because his religion says it's ok, I'm guessing the courts rule against him.

The courts have many times decided that 'bear arms' is not an unlimited right, as you can not build a nuclear weapon in your front yard.

I can give you 100 easy such examples.

I'm asking for you guys (not ams, obviously) to give me an example of one constitutional right that you believe Governor Witless or Cuomo have violated?

Edit---- by the way, Cuomo just rescinded his order keeping golf courses closed! Now if it wasnt 40 degrees here....

I just ordered 4 stretch headbands
from Amazon for $10. They make
great masks for when the casinos
reopen. They stop you from
touching your face, among other
things.
