Who said anything about keeping it for all other Government workers? Can other Government workers not abuse their positions?

What’s that line people like to say about the police, “If you don’t do anything wrong, then you have nothing to worry about.” Something like that, right?

The proposed bill today says exactly that.....

You don’t seem to understand the amount of false accusations police experience. Bodycams actually clear police of most wrongdoing.....

They should much enjoy keeping bodycams on at all times, then, especially if their insurance company wants to pull random footage to check their performance. Everybody can see how nice of a job they’re doing.

As far as the bill, in that event, I disagree with the aspect that allows other government employees to keep qualified immunity.

This is funny. Pelosi can't get her saggy
skinny old ass up from kneeling when
all those around her, some her age,
pop right back up. Took 2 people and
a forklift to get her upright again. This
is who we want running things, the
ancient and the feeble.

Perhaps you should hold lawyers personally accountable for court costs and fees in the event that they bring frivolous action before the court, and allow the aggrieved party to sue them for bringing same, in turn.

That is called "Loser Pays" and the Bar would never let it pass. Then you would hear how people are afraid to sue lest they lose their house, etc.

Just do not make cops have personal liability. Awful idea.

Yeah, but aren't the lawsuits against police usually against the city? That's where the deepest pockets are.

That is how most lawsuits are. You do not sue the guy who did not put out the "wet floor" cone. Lee Iacocca did not get sued for the fuel tank flaw in the Pinto.

The BAR would do everything to prevent it because there would be fewer lawsuits (because they’d all have to be legitimate), and therefore, fewer lawyers. It would be glorious.

I heard that in the last 60 days 3.4
million new guns were sold in the
US, up 80% over a year ago. Good
luck defunding the cops, you Dems.

After 30 years on the air the TV
show COPS has been abruptly
cancelled. The biggest hit EVER
on cable TV, Live PD, has been
put on indefinite hiatus because
the networks apparently think
all we want to see is cops killing
Blacks now. Insanity,

If those shows really are that popular, they’ll be back.

Reminds me of when they briefly stopped airing reruns of Roseanne after she had her Twitter meltdown. Didn’t last long, reruns are on all the time again.

Not COPS, it's gone for good.

Had no idea they were still making new episodes. Thought it’d been only reruns for years.
