Here is a great example Trump is actively working on banning all investors from buying single family homes. No more rental homes

Not 'all investors'.

Trump to Ban ‘Large Institutional Investors’ from Buying Up U.S. Homes

“Where I live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, we saw this cycle where landlords and bankers and policymakers had driven up the value of real estate using speculative financial capital, the housing market crashed, and then the solution to that was just a different private equity firm coming in and owning the buildings,” - Cea Weaver NYC Tenant Advocate

'Wall Street has purchased hundreds of thousands of single-family homes since the Great Recession. Here’s what that means for rental prices'

Again, nobody is providing their written definition of investors of the proposal, so until they do I will use mine.

For the record, I support this, I think it's brilliant, great job to Trump if he follows through with it. I think all investors should be banned from buying single family houses. But, this is a socialist policy. Far more socialist than anything Mandami is proposing, yet he is a communist for freezing rent in an already rent stabilized apartment building.

I already answered your security clearance question, no city employee or city elected official is ever required to get a federal clearance.
I really don't know why I waste my time replying to a bozo like you, but here I go again.

-Here is my request for a response (not really a question) that you have again failed to answer:

Point out exactly where I "..... don't seem to understand how they work." Trust me, I know way more about the subject than you ever will.

Get your facts straight about my statements concerning security clearances for mayors:

I will repeat it for you again: (maybe if I increase the font size and color you might be able to comprehend what I have previously posted) :

I never said that any mayor is required to obtain a security clearance. My disagreement with you is your statement: " Mayors don't get federal security clearances." which is 100% false. If you don't understand the difference, I feel sorry for you.

Some elected officials (mayors included) do obtain clearances.

Is
where you completed your reading comprehension lessons??

Gandler is obviously being a jerk on purpose. To not see that a guy who owns two houses and is renting one out is NOT a ‘large institutional investor’ is just trolling us.

I think it has worked. A troll looks for a specific response, and I think he got it out of you, flea.

It hasn’t taken long….. A horde of terrorist supporters surrounded a Jewish synagogue and school in NYC, chanting ‘we support Hamas here’. Not ‘we want a two state solution’. Not ‘we want better conditions for Gazans’. Not ‘we want no more Palestinians killed’. Make NO MISTAKE, they are throwing support behind a DEFINED terrorist organization that kidnaps, rapes, tortures innocent civilians for the sole reason being that they are Jewish.
This happened in NYC. There are a bunch of state assemblymen, state senators, even the governor who denounced this. Who hasn’t?
THE MAYOR OF NYC!

Cue Gsndler saying ‘but you’ve only visited NYC 8 times in the last 5 years!’ Or something equally stupid.

Make no mistake. Mamdani is a lightning rod for expanding anti semitism.

You implied Mandami was improper in doing something illegal to meet with officials about the Maduro coming to NYC situation without a security clearance. If this is true and info was shared that should not have with him, the fault is on the Feds who improperly shared the info, not on Mamdani, unless you are alleging he hacked their computers or forced the info from them in some way, if you have what you claim you have, you would know this.

The statement was something to the effect that Mamdani was deficient for not receiving a clearance. "Mayors don't receive clearances" is correct, Mayors can receive clearances they don't receive them as an inherent nature to their position.

Everything I said was correct. I would much rather talk about housing policy than about how great you are at security clearance debates. Your obsession with an offhand comment while not addressing the actual issues is pretty par on the course for you.

Looks and sounds like a vigorous display of protected free speech.

I guess you support the KKK as well.

Free speech ends when it is used as an act of terror.

Do let me now when any of those pinheads are arrested and charged with terrorism.

You do know that the Supreme Court has ruled-more than once-that speech by the Klan is protected? We will add freedom of speech to the long list of Constitutional rights you think we shouldn't have.

No, I don't support the Klan. Or anti-Jewish statements. Or anti-Muslim statements. But we live in the united States, with free speech protections. Go jump in a Florida alligator and snake infested lake if you don't like it.

Go back to your first reply, it is a reply to a post I made in reply to you or somebody on your side making a statement that Mamdani never received a security clearance as he was supposed to and he was improperly meeting with Trump officials regarding Maduro NYC logistics.

If Mamdadini was given info he should not have been, this is on the Federal officials/Trump reps, this is not him doing anything wrong.

I'm not going to scroll back, especially when you won't even bother to provide basic definitions of different levels of investors from policy you support, I know what I said.
