So you are saying appointing replacement justices should be the new definition of “packing?”

How? Why? Because liberals do not like them?

Supreme Court judge Kagan in 2022: "“It just can't be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks."

In 2025 Supreme Court judge Kagan votes against preventing a district judge from issuing a national injunction.

I wonder what changed? Maybe who is/was the president? Typical leftie libtard judge who issues opinions depending on politics and not the law.

Justice Kagan’s Own Words Come Back to Haunt Her on Nationwide Injunctions

All three of Trump's appointments made statements that they respect precedent, but didn't have a problem overturning 50 years of RoeVWade. Thomas played the race card at his confirmation, calling it a "modern lynching" and he said of affirmative action laws, "God only knows where I would be today," without them. But you wouldn't know that from all his rulings since then.

In other words, big yawn. I mean Trump himself is still making hypocritical contradictory statements.

I'm trying to figure what your reply has to do with my post.

Here is a question for anyone:

Which Supreme Court Justice wrote the following in one of their recent opinions?
Quote:
A Martian arriving here from another planet would see these circumstances and surely wonder: “what good is the Constitution, then?”

Hint: This same justice also wrote this in the same opinion:
Quote:
Instead, to the majority, the power-hungry actors are . . . (wait for it) . . . the district courts.

That's what happens when you put ugly lesbo lefties on the court, actual Justice goes out the window and everything is emotion and politics. And she's there for the rest of her life.

It is simply baffling how much liberal judges ignore law in the name of politics and "feelings."

So, every time Trump has backed off, it was a loss for him.

However, the statement from Canada’s Finance Ministry also said that Carney “has been clear that Canada will take as long as necessary, but no longer, to achieve that deal.”

The deadline for President Trump's promised "90 deals in 90 days" initiative is July 8, 2025. This initiative aimed to negotiate trade deals with various countries to avoid the implementation of broad "Liberation Day" tariffs.
