No shite Sherlock. Because Republicans very seldom try to overrule an executive order done by a Democrat president, nobody really cares. For the Democrats this is a gigantic blow because they're running out of illegal stunts they can pull.

In 2025 Supreme Court judge Kagan votes against preventing a district judge from issuing a national injunction.
