It is really not that uncommon to restrict enemy nations from receiving food during wars. In fact it may be one of the oldest siege tactics that there are. Is it just and moral? I don't know, but Gaza was the aggressor they need to take action. If I was Israel I would want to control the food supply chain as well (I think anyone would.) |

It depends on how dedicated they are. The old cliche that your enemy can live in much more austere conditions than you, so you better learn to adapt. Of course this is a bit of a different scenario since you are talking about a whole nation (to the degree that Gaza is a nation.) |

Not making this up, but Hamas is saying they are trying to save the wounded hostages’ lives. I wouldn’t want to live in the neighborhood where this atrocity took place. Hamas is blaming other terrorists. You can’t make this up. |

It is a bit like a warlord/mafia situation. Even though Hamas is dominant there, there are some other factions. Just like we have the Taliban, Al Qaeda and Isis. Not everyone can agree as to the best way to be a terrorist. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

Seems like that might be most of their jet fighters, or they have more than I imagine. About $15 million each fighter cost, depending on what they're using. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

As of 2024 they have about 300 fighter jets according to World Directory of Modern Military Aircraft. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

One was an American citizen. I wouldn’t want to be living in the area where Hamas operates. Which seems to be…. all of Gaza. |
