FBI presently raiding home of his (Mayor Adams’) main fundraiser. Apparently she was paid $100k by the campaign. Time will tell what the FBI is looking for! I kinda like Adam’s (a little?). At least he is honest and says the migrant crisis is destroying his city. He is also pro-Israel and anti the sum terrorists.

Just like in most States there is still minimal protections in releasing real (not faked) sexual images. "Revenge Porn" (posting real sexual photos or videos that were at the time consensually obtained) is an ongoing problem.

If many States are having trouble restricting people from releasing nudes and sex tapes without permission, there is almost no chance that they will restrict AI generated art. What if you paint a creepily realistic portrait of somebody without their consent? There is no way to prevent this. AI is the same, just on a much more industrial scale. Short of making faces some kind of legal protection (IE everyone's facial structure is essentially copywrited by them -which will never happen in the U.S. in the U.S. the 1st Amendment does not even allow blatant creepers to be stopped from filming in public locations-)

I honestly think Revenge Porn is a larger issue (since it is real, and can cause harm.) I suspect everyone with a public photo will have an endless AI Generated porn library structured around their face in the near future with how AI art in advancing (and frankly there is probably no stopping it.)

I just do not think that it can be stopped without several aggressive actions that would cause some Americans to have a fit about the Constitution and such....

Soon it will not just be teens and trolls, sadly I will bet that you will be able to generate your own porn by uploading social media photos of secret crushes, etc.... It will quite possibly be a whole industry. Very creepy, but I just do not think it can be fought. States need to start by having consistent revenge porn laws in my view (which is doable.) This is probably a larger issue in the current term.

It does appear there have been prosecutions for deep fakes sex images of verified minors. But, it also appears that they have to be clearly and obviously based on a verified minor, and it can be counted as some kind of child porn charge if a link can be made. Of course, this is an extreme example and does nothing to help adults who will have their photos used to generate sex media. It is scary, but realistically (both technologically and legally), I do not know what can be done aside from extreme child abuse examples.

Not sure how they will apply it to teens, but if you published a fake bio of someone with information that is not true, you could be defaming them. So, it seems a fake body with someone's head would be similar. Even if the body is better, one could consider it defaming if one doesn't want to be known as someone who posts nude pictures.

I believe it would be actionable as a "tort of outrage."

WPI 14.03 Tort of Outrage. A person who intentionally or recklessly causes emotional distress to another by extreme and outrageous conduct is liable for severe emotional distress [and any bodily harm] resulting from such conduct.
