It is true that the retirement benefits are out of this world for those who do God's work, but still one has to eat and take care of his or her other needs, including that of a family if they have one. Again the question is why is religious acts alone exempt from payment in your mind? Coal miners go to Heaven too.

You receive spiritual payment, more than you ever deserve (according to most Christian leaders). So anything else is obviously overpayment.

Gay sex is not natural period. You don't have to be straight to realize that by reason alone. You can't just say something is natural because you like it or desire it. If you detach your emotions from it and look at it objectively and reasonably you will see that there is no other choice that to say such acts are unnatural. However, you don't have to demonize these unnatural acts or consider them somehow the worst thing ever, because they are not. People have very strong same sex attractions and that cannot be overlooked or not taken into account.
