This would include people of other religions who have as much and often the same evidence for their beliefs as you do.

The shrink tries to make you believe in a better tomorrow but the priest FORCES you to believe it and act as if you believe it by knowing lying to you because someone long ago wrote about seeing LGM so you too must believe in Little Green Men from Mars.

What if all that survives our civilization turns out to be the rantings of L. Ron Hubbard? Can you just imagine THAT becoming the next civilization's Bible.

The thing you have to imagine is if it's true that this what the world looks like when God loves it and all the people in it enough to give them free will. It is pretty amazing how awesome the world is really considering our capability for evil. God can do much better, perfect even. That is our destiny, God will make all things write. The nightmare is asking yourself is this really as good as we can do? Pathetic might be too harsh a word to describe it. We can do much better and hopefully we will. I know that God will continue to help us be as good as we can be.

I don't think you are deliberately lying and I think even when Evenbob says things that aren't true he is not deliberately doing so. I think you won't allow yourself the freedom to think clearly about these things. Your past experiences, current situations, stubbornness of mind, secular brainwashing, and desire to evade the truth is what blinds you to the reality of God. The people in other religions at least are making an effort in recognizing the reality of God's existence. For this they have evidence however what none of them have is the historical person of Jesus Christ the Messiah and Incarnate God.

Is there a lack of evidence that something cannot come from nothing? Is there a lack of evidence that contingent things need a cause? These are some of the clearest and most proven truths we know. Logic can then lead us to a unmoved mover or a first cause of all things and also to certain inescapable characteristics of this Creator. Science shows us the order and the amazing unbreakable laws of nature that have lead to the creation of all things and in a very special way the creation of the only form of life we know of capable of truly understanding and appreciating the expansive beauty and wonder of this universe. Then you can look at the history of the person of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and His impact of the world, the faith and strength with which His early disciples preached and gave their lives for their testimony that He had conquered death. This is an example of a big problem that relativists suffer from. To speak the truth is looked at as a condescension and meanness. It is true that no other religion has the truth of the historical person of Jesus Christ and yet mentioning this truth looks to you like condescension. To say that someone is wrong is condescension and being mean or judgmental in the twisted mind of a relativist. The reality is that there is objective truth and to not tell people about this truth or to hold them to it is not being nice of loving. Sometimes it seems as if you think love is the concept of live and let live. That just don't bother anyone and let them do whatever they like as long as it isn't hurting anyone else. This is not love, it is close to its opposite. It is indifference and an uncaring attitude. The truth will set you free and the most loving thing we can do is share the truth and live by it.

This is idiotic and we have covered this ground many times over. The faith in Christ began with a few dozen huddled in a small upper room in fear. After they saw the risen Lord they exploded unto the scene and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ, Son of God, with a passion that stood strong in the midst of torture, alienation, isolation, and death. This faith eventually toppled the Roman Empire and spread to every corner of the world. That is evidence is it not that there is something more to it than some scam.
