the statute of limitations does not limit submission of evidence, it limits filing of charges, except in virginia where there is no statute of limitations on any criminal charges. If you go wikepedia OPERATION YEW TREE you will see for things like he brushed his hand across my breast or he pinched my bottom most such charges of improper conduct were brought forty years after the alleged incidents. |

relevant to sexual intercourse but not relevant to matters of consent to sexual intercourse. even obtaining qualudes does not prove rape as it can be given to a woman for her to take voluntarily to enhance pleasure. Plaintiff's lawyers waxing greedy over IMMorris agency having been used as cash conduit for payoff money. |

NYTimes declares Crosby's lawyers to be on the offensive. deposition testimony admits solely to having obtained qualludes for the purpose and with the intent of giving them to young ladies prior to sex and contains clear language indicating that there was a complete lack of intent to make the giving of drugs in surreptitious manner any more than a man who buys a drink for a woman is giving her a drug to induce her to bestow her favors. as to other financial payments of smaller sums of money the testimony related to secrecy from his wife about an affair, not silence of a rape victim about a crime. |
