I believe its the Island of Spitzbergen where custom's officers check a visiting yachtsman's passport, yacht registration and the bore of his rifle. An inadequate weapon will be temporarily impounded and he will be supplied with an adequate rifle as well as reminded that once he leaves the actual village to explore the unsettled island it is a felony to not have the rifle both loaded and at the ready.

People think animals are what you see in the zoo or on TV. They do not understand animals have a survival instinct and will use it. People are morons.
