I think I found the article you are quoting

This would seem to be a hard claim to be get wrong

This makes me think they got it wrong LOL... as this is definitely wrong! Incredibly wrong!

If I had the time I'd go back and find the claim that someone found hurricanes hitting FL have been decreasing in intensity lately, at least before these last two

https://www.fastcompany.com/91199104/hurricane-helene-made-landfall-in-florida-but-the-damage-will-be-much-more-widespread

I think you’re right. I make it 9 in the past 7 years (not 8 in the past 8) which is more than the previous 57 years but you can check me on it

https://www.aoml.noaa.gov/hrd/hurdat/All_U.S._Hurricanes.html

The above list doesn’t include Lee in 2023, Beryl or Helene

a little irritating to see the article get it wrong, but even Duffman doesn't dispute we have been in a period of warming, the reason disputable or not, and you have to expect it to affect hurricane seasons

Odd to see the weird start of the season, I hope Helene doesn't augur a catch up late season

Hurricanes have a 15-20 year cycle, this has been known for years. We peaked in 2005/6 which means we are back in an upswing again now. The real thing is if you live in FL you should not be surprised about hurricanes anymore than you should be surprised about snow if you live near the lakes in NY.

To say that warming is causing major hurricane seasons is quite a stretch given how little warming we are talking. There was an episode of "House" set on an airplane where House suggested symptoms and all of the sudden everyone had them. Same thing, we talk "warming" and all of the sudden *any* weather events have to be because of it.

we have switched to the La Niña conditions and the cycle you speak of could be affected by that and its opposite switching back and forth

They have Joyce now in the Atlantic and it looks like it's going to fizzle out east of Bermuda like the last one coming off the Cape Verdes. They always warn it could regenerate of course. Isaac was a bust, for us anyway, or any land I think. But if October is merely normal then we will have had a below normal season altogether, tough luck with getting a level 4

Remains to be seen. The fat lady hasn't been called forth yet

I like the ones tearing apart articles that say why you should date single moms. But back to subject, men going MGTOW is a societal shift. Has happened in Korea and Japan already, though I do not see those two influencing things here. Shift means many things, but the woman's first thing is, "THEY ARE LESS LIKELY TO BELIEVE IN GLOBAL WARMING!" Like that is a problem.

I was looking at global population reduction programs and located this article:

"global religion"

Globalists Openly Admit To Population Control Agenda – And That’s A Bad Sign

November 20, 2019
.
.
.
The elites had found a new scientific front for their eugenics obsession: Climate science. In the early 1990’s the Club Of Rome published a book called ‘The First Global Revolution’. In it they state:

“In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill. In their totality and their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat which must be confronted by everyone together. But in designating these dangers as the enemy, we fall into the trap, which we have already warned readers about, namely mistaking symptoms for causes. All these dangers are caused by human intervention in natural processes. and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then is humanity itself.”

The statement comes from Chapter 5 – The Vacuum, which covers their position on the need for global government. The quote is relatively clear: a common enemy must be conjured in order to trick humanity into uniting under a single banner, and the elites see environmental catastrophe, caused by mankind itself, as the best possible motivator. It also outlines the perfect rationale for population control – Mankind is the enemy, therefore mankind as a species must be kept under strict supervision and his proliferation must be restricted.

The Club of Rome and the UN agenda have always been intimately connected. In the 1990’s, at the same time that ‘The First Global Revolution’ was being published, UN assistant secretary general Robert Muller was publishing his manifesto which is now collected on a website called ‘Good Morning World’. Muller argues that global governance must be achieved using the idea of “protecting the Earth” and environmentalism as the key components. Through fear of environmental Apocalypse, the public could be convinced to accept global government as a necessary nanny state to keep society from destroying itself.

In a paper titled ‘Proper Earth Government: A Framework And Ways To Create It’ Robert Muller outlines how climate change could be used to convince the masses of the need for global government. Integral to his plan were the introduction of a new “global religion”, and population controls.

It should come as no surprise that the UN established the Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change (IPCC) and that this panel and its offshoots are now at the forefront of the argument for population reduction. As we close in on the end date for the UN’s Agenda 2030, which calls for a radical shift of human production from oil and other large scale energy sources into small scale “renewable energies”, there is only 10 years left for the globalists to achieve their goals if they hope to meet their announced deadline. This would require a violent change in human society and, most of all, industrialized nations.

The human population would have to be reduced dramatically in order to survive on the meager energy output of renewables alone. A disaster of epic proportions would have to take place soon so that the globalists could then spend the next decade using the resulting fear to convince the surviving population that global governance is needed. Without aggressive crisis and change most people would never go along with the UN’s agenda, out of simple desire for self preservation. Even many leftists, once exposed to the true nature of carbon controls and population reduction, might have second thoughts when they realize they could be affected.

The ex-climate czar found folks are intelligent enough to see through the logic of depopulation, so he got frustrated at our freedom of speech.

He thinks he's delaying human extinction.

In reality, he pushing human extinction closer.

John Kerry Says The Quiet Part Out Loud: "First Amendment Stands As Major Block" To "Govern"

The World Economic Forum held its 'Sustainable Development Impact Meetings' during last week's United Nations General Assembly in New York City. Speaking at the meeting, far-left elitist and former presidential climate envoy John Kerry expressed frustration to fellow globalists, stating that the First Amendment frequently obstructs their agenda.

"Our First Amendment stands as a major block to the ability to be able to hammer [disinformation] out of existence. What we need is to win...the right to govern by hopefully winning enough votes that you're free to be able to implement change," Kerry said.

Liberals are more into banning books. Along with anything else they do not like.

See, the thing is this proves yet again how global warming believers simply cannot handle someone not just lapping up their story but instead thinking for themselves.
