All three are the same thing... They are three different things but really the same thing as well.

Meaningless. Augustine gave up trying to
figure the trinity out, it's a construct that's
supposed to have a meaning but doesn't.
You're better off chasing a line on a Mobius
Strip. They're both exercises in futility and
have no point.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

What is an exercise in futility is debating with you.

So I'm the only one who doesn't understand the
trinity? Are you joking? From what I've read,
nobody understands it, they just talk around it
like you do.

When I think about it, why would there
be a reason for running to a religion even
if you believed there was a creator
god. Unless he contacted you directly,
you could read all the creator god
religions, realize they're bunk, and not
worry about it. Live whatever life you
liked, what's the difference. Invent
your own screwy religion, it would
be just as true as any of the others.

I read once that god does exist, but to
him were an ant farm, so far down the
totem pole he doesn't even bother to show
us that he's real. Now that would be
scary.

He has.

I agree that would be scary and would make God not worth worshiping, much less loving.

I must not have been paying attention.
Just kidding, there is no god.

There you go then, might as well be an
atheist, it's much simpler.

Ha, it might be simpler but why in the world would anyone chose something that is not true and has no logical or reasonable argument nor any evidence at all.

You mean like believing in god. Yes, that is
a good question. Some people need a crutch,
they don't like thinking for themselves. Religion
a pre packaged deal, all the heavy thinking
has been done for you. Just pick your model
and drive away.

Some people seemingly don't like thinking at all, such as an atheist.

Or they realize thinking about religion seriously
is a waste of time.
