I haven't been unable to find any of your postings concerning the 1st Amendment when the bidumb administration (white house, DOJ, FBI, etc} forced/pressured Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms, to censor and remove postings by American citizens.

Hmmmm, could it be that if it wasn't a double standard both of you wouldn't have any standard at all?

So first you were saying it was not a 1st amendment issue? Now you are saying it doesn't matter because Biden did something with social media? Do you have a link to this? If so, I would probably be against it, but I am more worried about who is in power now.

I don't see anything controversial about it personally, it is a lame joke that doesn't make sense (like most of Kimmel's stuff,) but I don't find it offensive.

I just want you to cite what FCC violation that on-air statement contained?

First you cite what the FCC charged him with? All I hear is third hand chatter that someone was afraid they were going to do so?

And you KNOW that Kimmel’s comment about the murderer being ‘one of their (MAGA) own’ was in NO WAY meant to be a joke. He was an incendiary lying political commentator. Nothing more, nothing less!

Be honest, do you actually believe Kimmel was even attempting to make a joke with that comment?

The FCC charged them with nothing, but clearly implied there would be violations if ABC did not fire him.

So, you can make one of two points about MAGA, it sounded like a joke. But, "one of their own" could also have been a reference to him being raised MAGA. Either way, I have no issue with this statement.

The Rolling Stone links to a clip from Charlie Kirk Show where he suggests that someone should be a hero and bail out the man who hit Pelosi's husband with a hammer.

I don't have an account to X or Rolling Stone so you should be able to watch it.
