Well yeah, I smoked a lot of weed, drank a lot of IPA and scotch, and got a lot of pussy in law school: what a great time I had.

To me it was just a hurdle: the law never really interested me that much, it was just a means to an end, an end I achieved without difficulty, to wit: modest wealth.

But as to your point: I wasn't talking about a preliminary injunction, doofus, I was talking about merely filing and going forward to trial.

Preliminary injunctions are optional in such cases...duh-oh.

Yes, in some circumstances security can be required for a preliminary injunction, but that wasn't my point at all.

There is also the problem of quantifying the alleged damage that will be done if an injunction is issued and the plaintiff loses at trial: given the issue is constitutionality of government action how can anybody objectively establish and quantify the value for a bond?
