“Take it up with Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, called that "unprecedented." You have got to be kidding me. YOU are the one who posted the incorrect information. Can’t you stand by your posts? Why do you frequently blame someone else? When I post something, a link, a quote, etc; what I post reflects what I believe and additionally I believe that my post is 100% correct, accurate and factual. The same cannot be said about you. Your posts continue to be full of misinformation, disinformation, are inaccurate, wrong, unfactual, untrue, not supported by evidence, unfounded, baseless, groundless, uncorroborated, unsubstantiated, etc, etc, etc. How many times have I pointed out your mistakes?? The vast majority of your posts are a joke. They all just seem to be poor attempts to troll President Trump's supporters and to debase President Trump. You have ZERO CREDIBILITY. Maybe I should post quotes like you do, here are a couple examples:

Why would I disagree with the Dean of the Law School at Berkley? And who said it was wrong? You? Are you a lawyer who is an expert in this particular subject.
You're only like the millionth person bragging about being a legend in their own mind I've heard from in a lifetime. Save it for someone who cares.
Barely any compared to the number of things I post on Trump and his cronies. I have hundreds perhaps thousands going back through Trump's first term. You've done almost nothing.
It's not much work to legitimately debase Trump. He's the one providing substance. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

I (apparently) wake up in the middle of a nightmare about tariffs to a cacophony of rejoicing that drumphs tariffs have been whacked... https://edition.cnn.com/2025/05/28/business/us-court-blocks-trumps-tariffs Never saw that one coming, and probably neither did drumph. Cultists calling it lawfare, note that the unilateral three judges were appointed by Reagan, Obama and trump, himself. "But a three-judge panel at the US Court of International Trade blocked Trump’s global tariffs, which he imposed citing emergency economic powers. Those trade actions include the “Liberation Day” reciprocal tariffs, 10% universal tariffs and the tariffs aimed at preventing fentanyl from entering the United States" "Stock futures surged on the ruling. Dow futures rose nearly 500 points, or 1.1%. The broader S&P 500 futures were up 1.4%, and Nasdaq futures were 1.6% higher in afterhours trading." That's so funny!. drumph can now proceed to claim the credit for a soaring stock market while simultaneously appealing the ruling, and by implication trying to overturn the market surge. .I don't doubt, drumph will overcome this setback by somehow getting the judges investigated or undermined by the dirtiest means possible. |

I doubt it. drumph is at the point where he believes that even the GOP and all of congress are irrelevant. I don't underestimate how close his cult have taken him to king status and he'll play dirty to get the tariff ruling overturned. He needs to lose it in the SC. Only fly in the ointment wit this ruling is that the markets and economy will rally and the cult will claim some sort of victory. Still, nice to know he'll be apoplectic. Loved the TACO question. |

| DoubleGold Member since: Jan 26, 2023 Threads: 34 Posts: 4246 | The corrupt establishment pressured federal judges to interfere with tariffs. The tariffs are required to eliminate taxes for low-income persons, some of which are homeless, so their quality of life can be increased. And ultimately remove the IRS (collecting arm of the bankers) and the central bank itself (blood sucking ticks). This of course is not allowed by the establishment because of the money they're currently making. It's similar to all the other TDS lawfare. But most folks don't realize the corrupt establishment is both red and blue backed by bankers. Without the blues, the US Treasury could not be raided. And that's exactly what they're doing, to the tune of $37 trillion so far and over $1 trillion per year. Tariffs could cut into their profit, help the poor, and remove the bankers & IRS. They won't succeed. ![]() |
