Barely any compared to the number of things I post on Trump and his cronies. I have hundreds perhaps thousands going back through Trump's first term. You've done almost nothing.

Is this something to be proud of? You must have a truly awesome and fulfilling life to spend countless hours posting thousands of messages online.

Not sure about rxwine's situation, but I find having retired after forty years as a lawyer I have some extra time now so I am putting it to good use..

I don't drink so unlike some MAGA folk I don't form my ideas in a bar of from reading the drivel posted by a cat fondling former bar tender.

I turn to Camus for the fundamentals of human existence..

What "bad decision" is this of which you speak?

I thought Roe v. Wade was long overdue, emblematic of our emerging from the swamp of stupidity into the glow of enlightenment.

That's so cute. Now how about citing something in the US Constitution supporting it.

Can we quote you on that when the current non-liberals actually express their opinions? Will you then claim that those non-libby SC judges have somehow changed into liberals?

Time to shut you down right here.

All one does is look at the last 20 years in USA politics. Over the years we have heard liberal pols saying they want judges who "will fight for you!" or along that line. Conservatives more promise judges who will "strictly follow the Constitution."

This is where the divide starts. Lefties think judges are supposed to be activists. Sorry, they are supposed to JUDGE.

Does a strict interpretation of the Constitution mention "originalism" as the only acceptable method of interpretation?

NO it doesn't. The Constitution does not explicitly state that money is speech. However, the Supreme Court has "interpreted" the First Amendment to recognize that spending money on political campaigns and making contributions are forms of speech.

IN FACT, THE ORIGINALISM IDEA ISN'T EVEN IN THE CONSTITUTION.

You bet.

Look at Artice IV, section 2, second paragraph:

"No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due."

Slavery was LEGAL then;

Times change: slavery was abolished after the Constitution was drafted: what to do?

Easy: look at the preamble, where it says the purpose of the Constitution is to "establish Justice... promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,"

"Justice" and "Liberty" are the goals mandated, to be fleshed out as times change to affect the will of the people.

So called "strict constructionists" such as you and the MAGA douches seem to fancy themselves must still think slavery exists, or more accurately, should be allowed because hey, it's okayed by the Constitution.

Uh...no.

"Liberty" involves "freedom" and that logically includes "freedom to choose whether to continue an unwanted pregnancy."

A vibrant society evolves, it does not devolve.

So you equate pregnancy with slavery?

I don’t see any legal connection. And that sounds kind of anti-woman and sick.

Perhaps you didn’t learn in grade school that “freedom” does not mean blanket being allowed to do anything you want.

Your logic sounds like that of modern feminists. And reminds us why smart guys avoid dating feminists.
