I hate the arguments implying two different statements can’t both be true, when they obviously are

1. The moderators at the last debate were biased against Trump

2. Regardless of the moderators actions, Harris wiped the floor with Trump during the debate.

You can't say moderators are bias against Trump for factchecking him more, he was lying drastically more (and more obvious/absurd lies.) If you lie more often you are going to get more factcheck breaks than somebody who does not, you are not being picked on. Trump lies more, and also tells more absurd lies, so of course he is going to get factchecked more. If it he did not get more moderator attention, the moderators would not have been doing their job.

Good idea not to go. Abortion is a big issue this election, and it's hard to make it a light-hearted issue at a Catholic conference dinner. Individual Catholics have their own opinions, but the church hasn't taken a light-hearted opinion.

Last thing any candidate should do is go preach against some issue that's part of religions beliefs. Too cringe. And bad politically. It's fine to campaign on it everywhere else. They all know where she stands on it.

I think it's a smart move. Stay away.

Donny, on the other hand, insulted Hillary as well as Trump was booed after calling Clinton corrupt and claiming she hated Catholics. If that wasn't enough, Cardinal Dolan gave the invocation at Donny's inaugural. In 2018, Cardinal Dolan has been highly critical of Democrats, writing a 2018 Wall Street Journal op-ed that carried the headline, “The Democrats Abandon Catholics.”

So why should she attend if the other guest of honor is going to insult her, with the permission of the host who doesn't like her?

Kamala voted against the born-alive bill. That proves post-birth abortion support. It will be impossible to prove or disprove the eating dogs thing because you can be assured the local pols will never let that be reported. My personal belief is it has happened though not in isolated incidents.

You're the one always using "murder is already illegal" so you don't need a vote for a stupid born alive bill. You can't legally kill the most premature living infant even if it's going to die within minutes.
