Not to take Donny's side, but does it matter? Dude was injured during an assassination attempt. That's good enough for me. Did it matter that the bullet that entered Reagan was a ricochet and not a direct shot? |

I can't imagine there would be any personal liability. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

I don't think he knew at the time whether it was a bullet or shrapnel, and I don't think the treating physicians know either. |
