Now that the state solution means more planning for a possible long trip, getting an actual appointment, even 15 weeks unreasonable. You also have to allow some won't even know they are pregnant if they are teens adding in even more time.

I wonder if a fetus feels more pain during an abortion procedure than a born human is likely to feel, cumulatively, in their entire lives.

I wonder if a fetus feels more pain during an abortion procedure than a born human is likely to feel, cumulatively, in their entire lives.

Basically we need to charge everyone who eats animals with abuse charges. Or maybe they don't feel pain when they are killed.

I'm not sure the number of animals aren't a instant kill during a hunt. Many survive for awhile after being shot. Or run and drop eventually.

What does the fetus feeling pain have to do with it?

Ironically, all the measures taken to limit and shut down abortion clinics prior to Dobbs, have made later term abortions more common among the abortions that do happen. When clinics are closed, appointments are more scarce and clinics are farther away.

And again, the attempt to set certain thresholds is more interference by legislators, instead of letting the procedure be governed by actual doctors and their patients.
