We had one chance to basically eradicate this thing and we failed. The only way to have done it would have been complete lockdowns with the National Guard doing food deliveries to houses, medical staff being isolated in the medical facilities, etc.

Search my posts. I called it from the beginning. Of course, I wouldn't have done any Government ordered lockdowns at all.

Australia tried that. Didn't work they are still having cases.

Why did he not endorse cloth masks then like he did later. First it was no mask works, than it was anything you can wrap around your freaking face works. Do try and stay caught up. The whole thing is a fraud and a sham.

He lied because they were trying to prevent a massive PPE shortage for medical providers that ended up happening in some places anyway. How many times do we have to go over the same thing?

I mean, looking at the situation in the light most favorable to your position is for me to assume he lied. I acquiesce; he deliberately lied. That must be the reason why. There still ended up being a shortage, in the early stages, for healthcare providers. I should assume that it could have been worse.

Yeah, I know. I was against any Government shutdowns to begin with, exception maybe to very large indoor gatherings.

Conveniently ignores that it was still their worst growth year in over 40 years, but sure.

Also, they manufacture lots of computer tech and medical equipment...so I think everyone staying at home due to a pandemic was helpful for those specific manufacturing segments.
