Section 208 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA) gives every voter the right to bring someone of their choice into the voting booth if they need help voting

This is about people of sound mind.

If they are senile they cannot make this choice. Senile people should not be voting as they are unable to make a clear decision.

Just admit it that mail in voting is to allow voter fraud.

Just admit you'd rather not let people vote if they can.

Maybe argue what the law is, instead of what you think it is. Sometimes the right to vote can be challenged, but you are not automatically excluded by dementia.

If a person is declared incompetent the court could automatically scrub from the polls.

Poll workers do a basic evaluation. Same as I have to do as a notary at a signing. If it looks wrong you stop it pending investigation.

Simple stuff, really.
