I will be posting this daily whenever our righties pretend like Biden has dementia but Donny doesn’t:

Go ahead. Who cares.

I suggest that you post this video every hour of every day on every thread here.

Why wait until "our righties pretend like Biden has dementia but Donny doesn’t"?

If we do not allow job opportunities to be determined by age discrimination, how come one must be 35 to run for president.

How is this not age discrimination under Equal Opportunity Employment Law?

Two and a half centuries ago they envisioned Ocasio-Cortez. It gives us a few years of protection.

But on a serious note, I believe the Constitution trumps all other laws?

The minimum age of the POTUS is part of the constitution and must be changed with an amendment. The Equal Employment Opportunity Act Law cannot change something explicitly stated in the constitution. Life expectancy in America in 1787 was about 38 years for a white male.

However, the large numbers dying young do not mean that those surviving to adulthood do not live to a ripe old age. Visit any ancient cemetery and you will find plenty of septuagenarians, odd octagenarians, and even nonagenarians who lived and died 200-300 years ago. Our second president, John Adams, lived to age 90.

Under British law, a monarch had to only be age 18 to rule without a regent.

I think the EOEL mainly deals with people doing too old. There are reasons to have a minimum age that are legit. IIRC the NFL got sued and won because they have a 3 years after your high school class graduates before you can step on a field.

POTUS is an ass*ole. He doesn't want to help Michigan because the Gov isn't bending the knee

It's not just her. He's pretty much told everyone that if you want him to do his job, you have to kiss his ass.

This is interesting. In the pre-Trump era, this ALONE would be enough to end the political career of a President or Presidential candidate. Since it is Trump it will just be added to the pile.

One of my complaints about the present Democrat party is that they are intolerant of dissenting opinion, and only plan to govern for their base. Trump in his silly punitive comments sounds like a Democrat to me.

It is hard to be a Republican now. Trump is powerful enough and vindictive enough to stifle the party members who agree with much of what he has done and accomplished but hates a lot of what he has done, and how he does it.
