Unproven. Usually it is liver failure. It is medically diagnosed as a too plentiful ?? type of blood ?? cell known as oonos or something like that.
Unknown if recent Diverticulosis caused by Primary CARE contributed to it.
Weight gain was so massive it is probably what caused broken hip so massive dietary change and misuse of drug is ultimately responsible.

CALLING DOCTOR SOOPOO et. al.:
With the high but unproven likely hood of liver failure, should Ii keep taking ALLOPURINOL for GOUT avoidance?
Does a recently broken hio changthigs about either allopurinol or LASIX?

Here is my answer, which I use for myself and my family and friends. When in need of medical advice or care, I find the ONE doctor I trust the most on that particular problem or diagnosis, and follow that doctor’s advice. I DON’T ask an anesthesiologist who has never met me about whether I should still be taking allopurinol for gout! With the huge amounts of fluids you are sequestering, I think whichever doctor you would consider your ‘main’ doctor for your liver problem should be the ONE doctor to evaluate ALL your medications. I doubt the broken hip would change the pluses and minuses of allopurinol for you.

When you say unproven likelihood of liver failure, I don’t know how they ‘prove’ it, but the need for paracentesis is a pretty good indicator.

Alas, that is YOU. I don't know the name much less have ANY contact with the one who decided on the repeat of the paracenties, can't even view the report of hw the actual procedurewent. The 16.4 was verbal from the nurse(?) who gave me the dry chicken salad afterwards.

Yikes! SOMEONE had you sign a consent form before they put the needle in you to drain the fluid. THAT Dr. would be the one to have asked your questions. I’ve done paracentesis in medical school and residency. My recollection, from 30+ years ago, was that they would not drain 16 liters at any one time.

Just having my MD does not make me an expert on everything medical.

I AM TRULY GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS FROM EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD WHETHER THEY ARE DOCTORS OR NOT AND WHETHER THEY HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE, RECENT OR NOT.

>>>.. The 16.4 was verbal from the nurse(?) who gave me the dry chicken salad afterwards.
She is almost my sole source of information.

>>>>Yikes! SOMEONE had you sign a consent form before they put the needle in you to drain the fluid.
Yes, "sign here' "initial here" was sole conversation with young girl.
..... THAT Dr. would be the one to have asked your questions.
The white coated guy asked me my name and birthdate.
He then joked with the nurse that he was Jewish and she had drawn a swastika-like figure on my torso.
The white coated guy then said to me "little bee sting and bite here" as he put a needle in me, then left the room leaving only the nurse present.
I had an albumin drip rate unknown on left side, hollow-needle on right side. Nurse making noises from time to time, doctor not present though I was drifting in and out of sleep. Left alone for a time and moved to different room due to my driver being late. Woman entered room on some unrelated errand, I asked her for PulseOx reading and she used nearby fallow equipment after I said I was feeling dizzy and disoriented. Driven home by driver who gave me water and asked me if I was feeling okay commenting that I looked really pale for Florida.

16.4 liters. Legs sloping downward.
>>>>Just having my MD does not make me an expert on everything medical.
I'm neither expert nor qualified on anything in life except mistakes.
Never really used Twitter much, but now I cant reember my sign in stuff on it.
Now my new improved BLOGGER site is lousy and displays only one line and transmits it when dont want to be.

Wow1 If finally figured out how to get a tee shirt off when the collar is choking my throat. Earlier the nurse had just stood there while white stuff was coming out of my mouth and my neck pain was high. She would not help but later a receptionist gave me milk and pudding to soothe my throat.

With my shirt off I can reach the drinking water from the chair.

SEEMS ITS GETTING TO THE END.

LOCAL HIGHPOWER LAW FIRM SAID "GO TO HELL, WE WONT HELP YOU AT ALL"

NURSING HOME WONT HONOR MY "NO" TO PILLS CLAIMING I HAVE TO GET THINGS IN WRITING EVEN IF MY DOCTOR SAYS IT CONTRAINDICATED OR A DANGEROUS REACTION THAT I AM HAVING.

LOCAL SCIAL WORKER MIGHT, REPEAT MIGHT, GET DIFFERENT ASSISTED LIVING BUT IT LOOKS DISMALL.

I'M GOING TO MAKE WILL BUT I HAVE FEW ASSETS AND WANT NO FUNERAL. $53.00 MONTH IINCOME IS HIGHEST I CAN HOPE FOR IF, REPEAT IF, I GET ASSISTED LIVING SOMEWHERE.

STILL NO DIAGNOSIS FOR THAT 16.4 LITERS OF WATER GONE. GOT EXERCISE TODAY WITHOUT ALL THAT WATER IN MY THORACIC CAVITY. BREQTHED MUCH EASIER THOUGH I DON'T KNOW WHY, I DONT THINK TYE WATER CAME FROM MY LUNGS.
Note; it would be a slim hope but liver sdjuvants such as ginger, onion, garlic, asparagras juice might help such spices are up to 5 percent of a proper drug in afficacy.

LOOKS LIKE HOMICIDE IS SOON TO COMPETE WITH SUICIDE AS ONLY SENSIBLE OPTION.

I'm sorry, Flea... this may be insensitive, but.... were you expecting the highpower law firm to work for free?

The water did not come from your lungs; it (as best I can tell from your story) came from your liver. Your breathing is easier because you have 40 pounds less useless fluid pressing on your diaphragm.

As far as ginger, onion, garlic, asparagus.... is someone preventing you from taking the stuff?

As far as the 'different assisted living', I am assuming the State is paying for it, right?
