Having a living will made out is always a plus, especially when we are likely to be in life threatening medical situations. If you don't direct someone you trust to make those decisions for you, you turn that authority over to medical "people" who you have referred to as quacks here in the past. Best of luck to you Flea. | Fleastiff Member since: Oct 27, 2012 Threads: 62 Posts: 7831 | Found out one of the drugs they've been giving me for eons reads like a litany of side effects for me. supposedly its a cardiac drug, isocarbonyl or something. even memory is impaired by it. they should be shot. |

Any drug has issues, any procedure has issues. My mother is always nagging to "see the doctor about that" with "that" just being the symptoms of being now over 50. I try to explain to her that you cannot just take and do things and not expect side effects. You cannot put larger tires on a car without changing the handling. Same is true of people. Change one thing, another is affected. The President is a fink. |

For weeks they kept giving me a cardiac drug despite the fact that I was defecating within a matter of minutes. It is a very well known side effect requiring immediate cessation of the drug. I was having panic attacks and nausea, but they kept me on the drug. terrible ordeal. |
