Drug money. It's definitely at amounts that can influence almost anyone.

The police are seizing plants and finished product that is high in CBD and very low in THC.

quote; "you can smoke the whole plant and not get high from it", these strains are being developed for medical use only.

These plants were destined for free to kids having epileptic seizures, even after the DOJ said they wouldn't be raiding legal facilities.

Good link, but the dea saying they destroyed the cartels ability to operate? I thought that's what they said when they got Escobar or the Medienne cartels?

Here HSBC agrees to pay a 1.9 billion dollar fine, " as a cost of doing business".

Didn't monitor [read laundered" 670 billion dollars. The fine is small change, but the dea has time to drop out of helicoptors and bust medical cannabis stores and grow ops.

What criteria do they use do you suppose on where to deploy?http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-07-02/hsbc-judge-approves-1-9b-drug-money-laundering-accord.html

Looks like Alaska, Oregon and Washington DC have passed marijuana for recreational use on their ballots yesterday. Florida failed to pass.

Florida failed to pass but the majority supported with 57%
We needed 60% to pass.

It was a good night in AK and OR. We'll see what happens in DC: Congress can step in to revoke election results they don't like.

Florida will come around eventually, it just might take a couple more decades. I'm not sure why Sheldon Adelson waited for 23 states to pass medical pot before interfering in Florida. Perhaps he has a couple mansions there; otherwise I don't see why he has a dog in this race.

I dont know what the laws are in FL regarding needing 60% on a ballot question?
It was confusing for me last nite because I saw the 57% figure I thought we won.
But the report was the No's won. I'm like WTF.
Then the report mentions 60%

60% is because it was a constitutional ammendment.
