I think that, if I were involved with a gender-altered person, I would want to know that, and I hope that the person I was personally involved with was both secure enough and respected me enough to tell me before any hands went down any pants. Just like I would want to know, before I was involved, with a person with young children, a married man, a bisexual, or a person with an STD. But any of that is only my business because I'm considering getting personally and sexually involved with that person.

Pros, I don't know where anyone draws the line. Chances are the person has had dental work, liposuction and/or breast augmentation, perhaps a nose or chin job, other cosmetic enhancements, since looks are critical to success and longevity.

. If someone floats your boat, does it really matter whether their vagina is natural or surgical? If a woman has had a vaginal birth, they often do a similar procedure, sewing her pink bits back up so she can again grasp a penis in a pleasurable way. Is that so different from a male who has had everything inverted and sewn in place? I don't know from personal experience, and likely never will, but those cosmetic surgeons, they're pretty good, and every prostitute is faking it in some way anyway, even if only pretending she actually wants you. She wants your money, or the drugs, or drink, or food for her and her kids, your money will buy.

I don't know what it makes you. But it does tell me that you do not accept them as a regular female. Neither do I, so not complaining. Just saying that we need to be honest and admit they are not really a female. You cannot change what God or nature (take your pick) created.

Not sure why you are disappointed in me. Just trying to explore the issue.
