I don’t know the students ages, but if age of consent is 16 in that state, seems like she should only get fired for it and be banned as a teacher. I assume they mentioned it in the article for that reason. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

There is a second issue here. A person in a subordinate position as student to teacher is considered never able to give consent. Same deal with an inmate to a CO. That trumps everything else. It is a case of an aging woman showing to herself that she can still bag the young guys. She probably has to do some time. Obvioulsly should lose her job and pension. War is peace. Why would I delete anything? Granted, I hardly know anything about the case. I just noted it said the the age of consent is 16. I didn’t mKe the stupid law she based part of her defense on. I’m sure there are extenuating circumstances which breaks other laws, because you can’t throw people in jail in your state if something is legal. The athlete who has spent the last 5 years of her life preparing for her Olympic moment was aware of the rules regarding cannabis. You might think the rule is bad (I do). You may believe that there is no connection to cannabis as a performance enhancer (agree). But how freaking STUPID do you have to be to light one up a month before the Olympics? STUPID. |
