Not so much. Her legal argument sounds like the woman who said she was pregnant so she should be allowed in the HOV lane since it is 2 in the car. Or the guy who got caught in the HOV and said he had 2 corporate charters in the car with him, making it "3 persons."

IOW, creative, but hardly on sound legal ground.

I don't really have much sympathy for the runner who lost her Olympic spot due to Marijuana use. First if all, if I got a warning that weed can't be used up to 4 weeks before the event, I'm not going to jeopardize my possibly once in lifetime chance easily. I'd be at least six weeks out just to be safe if not more.

Plus no doubt she wasn't the only athlete who had to observe such limitations, as I doubt she is the only marijuana user.

It's a sorry state of affairs that she's the fastest runner in her event. It's also a sorry state of affairs that weed isn't even considered an actual performance enhancement for her sport.

I don't believe that I "hate" blacks any more than I do anybody else; rather I dislike BLM and their buddies, antifa, for how they basically destroyed a lot of my home town, Portland, Oregon.

Those idiots marched, ritoed, burned, graffitied and otherwise took a proverbial dump on Portland for about a year, and the limp-wristed left-wing politicians currently running this berg let them do it.

The athlete who can't compete knew the rule against cannabis yet she knowingly chose to get high and got caught.

Sure, it is a stupid rule, but until it's abolished it must be followed, or else.

Me, I love cannabis and would vote in a heartbeat to end that silly rule, but I have no say in the matter.
