You're always bragging about your thinking has led you to great knowledge, that us mere mortals haven't bothered to do. So, go convince the experts.

Let me know when, so I can enjoy the comedy of it.

You shouldn't brag if you can't walk the walk.

Duffman ducks and evades. You don't need to battle me, smart guy. You know that you can challenge climatologists. It's nothing to do with 4 legs or two.

Everyone is waiting for you to man up. But you're not going to, I already know you aren't. Not capable of it and never were.

Virtually all of our knowledge has been taught to us by someone else. Very few of us have true original thinking like an Edison. I’ve been involved in science and medicine my whole cognizant life. Yes, AZ, in general terms I’ve been taught about man’s influence on climate change. The evidence presented is overwhelming. The overriding conclusion is easy to come to. Do I believe every piece of minutia presented? Of course not. I absolutely do ‘think for myself’. I often disagree with the ‘solutions’ presented. I just feel bad for you that for whatever reason you can’t just accept the fact that climate change is real. Admitting that does not mean Al Gore isn’t a hypocrite. It doesn’t mean the Democrats won’t ef up a ‘solution’. It doesn’t mean that the costs to actually ‘fix’ anything won’t be exorbitant. It doesn’t mean that many of the proposed fixes aren’t out there for purely political reasons.
Once you come to the obvious and incontrovertible conclusion that human activity is influencing climate change, you won’t sound like an idiot when addressing all the issues I brought up.

Don't feel sorry for me for thinking for myself. I do not see "overwhelming" evidence. I see a climate that has been changing for 4.5 billion years. I see people who think "it must be man made" because they think man is supreme above God/Nature. Do you ever ask yourself "how do we even know if we are at the 'right' temperature now?" Sam line, do you ever ask why a small change in temperature is supposed to cause all kinds of havoc? Do you ever ask how they come up with the idea we are having more "severe weather" and "more severe weather compared to what exactly?"

See, to me the person who sounds like an idiot is the one who just says climate change exists and does not question it based on all those items and many others. And remember, people who denied the world was flat were told to just believe, so go ahead if you like. I will just continue to point out all the problems with the idea.

One more. Ever ask yourself why Buffalo was once under ice but things warmed to melt that ice 1000 years before all the man made warming started?

Well I don't know what AZ thinks about climate change being real, it's easy to conclude with the influence of the vast host of Holocaust-equating people that someone who protests anything about the way it's being fed to us thinks it's all bunk about climate change. But probably not.

How much of it is "man's influence"? How much is natural? Is it a crisis? To merely ask these questions will have you thrown quickly into the ranks of Dr. Mengele and his ilk

I sometimes read or listen to some of the skeptics via Australian or Canadian sources... youtube maybe [yes it bothers me that other countries seem to be where you're going to get it] . I find they are often guilty of the same thing they are decrying, things like cherry-picking, and using crackpot source material. Other times it's things that need to be said. I value what they are doing because it seems to be clear that SOMEBODY needs to say whoa! to power. There ARE cautionary tales out there. UK and Germany have made huge mistakes listening to crackpots who told them they could switch to green energy and ditch fossil fuels, even nuclear in the case of Germany. Mistakes that are affecting people, impoverishing them, and woe to the poor especially. And tell me Sri Lanka isn't about the biggest cautionary tale out there.

If we listen to the idiots out there we'll be signing on to crackpot ideas in this country, stupid stuff like eliminating the sale of internal combustion vehicles altogether by 2035. Oh, wait, it's already happening!

Exxon scientists were already predicting as early as the 1970s, global warming from their own research and were telling the public contrary information. This is from a major company selling you fossil fuels.

Do I think activists pulled every inflammatory comment to make the most of it. Most likely. That's being as fair as I can. The worst comments can be pulled from any behind the scenes endeavor to implicate an endeavor. All you need is one scientist in an offhand comment. That being said, still it's a fact the Exxon was already on to it. Their research predicted it. They built a million-dollar tank project to study warming on the ocean.

(Had to look up when ESSO or Standard Oil became Exxon name, but it already had by this time in the 70s)

you're still arguing that global warming is taking place like once you win that argument, one that even AZ is probably not trying to oppose per se, that means crackpots should be given a free hand and we must eliminate the internal combustion engine immediately and if people die in their homes due to the high cost of heating them, tough!

Oh, wait, you've been watching TV, and reading this and that article, and your social media, and you haven't heard about this latter bit? That it is a cautionary tale to let crackpots start running things?

google "deaths in the UK home heating costs" and see how many articles come up [if they realize this they will really want to fix that and probably will]
