I'm saying there should be common sense discretion with enforcement. If somebody is living peacefully in a neighborhood, maybe they are not worth dispatching a federal deportation team from the other side of the country to.

For example, your hero Elon Musk would not be here if visa violations/overstays were strictly enforced. Neither would Trump's current wife. But, I am guessing neither of these offend you because they are white and right wing. (I think both should be allowed to stay btw, but they were more egregious violators than most of the people you want teams of agents to hunt down...)

Even currently you see most visas who are targeted are people who politically offend the administration. People are getting visas revoked because of college papers and agents sent to school. It's not good, and it's a violation of all academic expression.

We finally agree! Just use common sense! Common sense tells me if someone is here illegally, and I can remove them, I should. COMMON SENSE.



Oh, and it appears that both Melania and Musk are here legally. There are unproven allegations that a specific visa didn’t transition to a different visa for a short period of time. NONE of these allegations have ever been proven. And of course, this is NOT what we are talking about. I made it easier for you! Gave you the simple example of the wetback who crossed, has not committed any other crimes, and has been found out. You want to let that guy stay. I don’t.

Brings back a memory. Eastern European who moved to Canada, then crosses to do a residency in USA. When Visa expired for whatever reason had to go back to Canada until visa process finalized. Didn’t just stay and hide. Followed THE LAW.

He is clearly fine with targeting brown people, and makes obscure excuses for white people with visa violations. The ball is not even hid.

The term "wetback" is an apt description for those illegals who enter by swimming / wading across the Rio Grande; it was common parlance for many years in white communities.

It may seem racist in today's PC world, but he could have used worse words: I'd give him a bye.
