Even if he had a gun on him, MN is legal carry, you can't shoot a protestor for carrying a gun that you randomly decide to arrest.

I mean probably at this point 80% of MN citizens are carrying, is that license to kill anyone who legally carries because you try to physically apprehend them?

I just found an upload on Reddit of a better angle, both of his hands were on the ground when he was shot, still no gun visible at all (certainly not in his hands.)

From what I can tell he was not even a suspect, or near them, he was approached by agents across the street when filming so they could execute him.

The City Police Chief said he has no criminal history and has a legal permit to carry. So even if he had a gun on his possession (which there is still no evidence of,) that is not a justification to shoot him, because there is evidence he was certainly not holding or reaching for a gun. This was just a political execution by ICE.

There will be no independent investigation of this murder, just as there will be none viz. Ms. Good: the feds claim "sovereign immunity" precludes any state interest, i.e. the final result is whatever they say it is, and since this is entirely political we know the outcome.

At the end of the day we either have to take it up the ass or do something about it.

So this came out, that the White House is using AI to make arrest photos of peaceful protestors appear that they are crying even though the base photo is normal.

This is really getting sick.

The federal government is basically at war with the constitution and using ICE as an execution force.

Also, more info came out that the victim just now that the victim was disarmed (ICE had possession of his gun,) before he was on the ground, and well before he was shot. So this was a confirmed execution of a VA ICU nurse peacefully filming ICE.

It is a blatant attempt to remove both the 1st and 2nd amendment by the Trump administration.
