I need more info. Even ‘Obama appointed judges’ don’t go to work in the morning planning to release these fine people onto our streets. Is there any ‘explanation’ that would be given for the releases? |

Gaston-Sanchez had already completed his criminal sentence for his previous convictions—which included attempted murder and robbery—and had been released on good behavior in 2023 before being picked up by ICE for immigration reasons. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

Thank you. So he was in jail 24 or so years, finished his sentence, and was let free. Then, since he was an illegal alien, was picked up by ICE for deportation. To me, this is the PERFECT example of the USEFULNESS of ICE. I understand that if his jail sentence is completed he should be released from jail. But I can see NO REASON he shouldn’t be deported ASAP. |
