The process due a citizen need not be the same process due an illegal entrant. The term can vary based upon circumstances. |

They are clearly not trained They are boxing in off duty police officers and demanding papers at gunpoint If the police decide to videotape the incident They get very angry and prevent videotaping by knocking the phone out of the hand That's assault on a police officer just recording for their own safety Guns are pointed at the police WTF https://youtube.com/shorts/2eyykYHmju8?si=k_Q8F87-zKIa0o9a |
