For the record, I never said "illegal trades", that was your verbage. But, it is definitely insider trading (which is often legal for politicians sadly.) For example buying huge amounts of defense industry stocks/funds hours before the war announcement is made, may be legal, but it is inside trading. Between trades and sketch crypto deals, Trump is treating this presidency like a piggy bank. Like what kind of president sells a scam crypto coin like 18 year old edgy YouTubers sell? I would say it is empirically indefensible, but I'm sure you will say he is a great capitalist, and if people are dumb enough to buy his coins, that is their problem (just like your comment about Trump University students.) |

Sigh. I’ll bet I have more posts saying Trump has violated the emoluments clause than any other poster here. I’d have no problem if he gets nailed on that charge. Maybe Geno or MrV can answer my Joe Schmoe question. |

Don't know about Joe in the printing office, but my Mom once had, while in college, a classmate who worked in the college printing office who sold exams-hot off the press-to students so they could cheat. |

My goodness, another stupid misleading meme posted by turtledick designed to fear monger and mislead the uninformed and uneducated here (which it did) Here are the facts: the S&P future’s quotes from yesterday: At 9pm on Apr 1: $6560.25 At 9:30pm on Apr 1: $6543.75 At 10:00pm on Apr 1: $6549.75 Between 9pm and 9:30pm the S&P lost $16.50 (-0.25%). Between 9:30pm an 10pm the S&P gained $6.00 (+ 0.09%) Between 9pm and 10pm the S&P lost $10.5 (-0.16%) The meme said that the S&P lost $550 billion of market cap (which is wrong, it was approx $150 billion). The market cap of the S&P is approx $59 trillion. So the supposed loss in market cap was 0.9% (actual loss was 0.25%}. |

So you are telling me the price is lower than 2008? That’s impressive! So 18 years ago gas was more expensive! Did the world survive? Did the economy recover? Did the stock market SOAR since then? Are precious metals way up since then? Real estate? Number of Americans living with air conditioning? Number of Americans with cars? Number of Americans with good Internet access? Listen chicken little, the sky is NOT falling! |

I agree 😉 The most hated man on the planet It's not even close Has there ever been a President hated by most Americans and most of the world at the same time? He raised the cost of living for Americans and the entire planet for no good reason On top of that adding trillions to the US debt He's hurting Americans now and handicapping future generations with a massive debt |
