As recent developments have shown you really CAN be Above The Law IF you play your cards right.

Good to know.

Nah, even better: a multiply-convicted felon lied his way out of going to prison.

Good to know that justice is dead in America.

I think if you get over 50% of the votes for President nationally you are telling the TDS addled NY and Atlanta Democrat prosecutors that is saying something about what the country thinks of those convictions. How many years til you can get over that fact?

Who cares what the country thinks?

The issue is the seeming mockery of our criminal justice system.

What, now we're all free to ignore felony convictions?

Since when is criminal justice subject to popular vote or popular veto?

The lawfare conducted by Democrats in the various places is the mockery of our justice system. This is what left wingers do not get.

I love how it must really drive the left nuts that America gave a huge middle finger to their banana republic games. It isn't that they lost. They lost like the Chargers did to the 49ers in that 1990s Superbowl. They lost like a 1980s WWF jobber. Kamala had far more money and all of the lamestream media in her pocket. And she went down like.......nope still not gonna lower myself to the level of the lefties.

Meanwhile they keep whining felonfelonfelonfelonfelonfelon like they think we are listening.

See, if they were actual, real felonies then we might actually care. They are a joke. As big a joke as impeaching Trump for making a phone call.

Had a democratic judge ruled that in a non-jury trial I might give that argument some credence but alas I consign it to the slag heap.

You see, a JURY not a judge weighed the evidence and concluded he violated the law.

His lawyers had free reign to challenge jurors at jury selection.

This is how it's always been done....until now.

A sad day to realize that yes, this bozo really IS above the law.

Just because you say the same thing over and over does not make it true. He had a trial. Like all others accused of a crime who want one. He was convicted. Yes, he is a convicted felon. There is no magic time requirement for him to be sentenced in. No exact sentence that must be applied. How is he above the law? Because he wasn’t sentenced to jail time? Welcome to 90+ % of first time non violent offenders.

Please just admit that you just want him slammed harder than other similar felons…. because you just hate him.

Millions of Americans believe his prosecutions were totally politically motivated. That if he was just the jerk billionaire not running for President these cases are never brought to bear. Frankly, Letitia James is just looking to make her mark as a potential Democrat leader. Fani Willis as well in Georgia.

In retrospect, I truly believe these malicious prosecutions did not resonate well with the American people, and had a lot to do with Trump’s rout of Harris.
