I’m trying to figure out other than venting frustration at being in the minority for the last election, and realizing that more people WANTED Trump than a Democrat, did the protests ACCOMPLISH anything? I was well aware of the distaste for Trump that (not insignificant) sliver of the population has.

I think more people go with ‘this is stupid ’ versus ‘this is necessary’.

I do not see a ton of specifics her. I see lots of insults, calling names, but not many actual things. Even fewer people say what they hate about his policies.

I was always able to say what I hated about Hillary. Generally I found her to be an awful human being. But I hated that she failed at every job she was handed yet made out to be "the smartest woman in the world." I hated that she was handed a Senate seat for my then state just to groom her for a POTUS run. I hated that she thought she had "experience" because Bill had experience. And I hated as part of that the South American dynastic run she was trying to make. For the record I hate it every time they want a Senator's wife to replace the Senator when he dies in office.

But they just hurl insults, no real specifics.

I went to Tea Party protests back in the day. Met a few nice people, had fun. We left the places neat as we found them, only bent grass showed we were there despite worries it would look otherwise. Our biggest accomplishment was probably letting people know they were not alone.

The problem the NK protests have is they don't know what they want, other than they hate Trump. And they are kind of nuts. Remember, these are the type of people who think a beautiful woman in an ad is awful but a tranny-male is an awesome thing. They are people who will be voting in a primary for candidates promising to tear down the border wall. They are all over the place.
