Not true at all. Only if the only reason he excluded them was because they were black would it be violating a protected class. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

That was the case, he ordered his managers to not accept applications from any black people. So there can be no other reason if they did not even accept the applications to evaluate them. |

I mean he has a settlement with the DOJ where he did not admit guilt, but he accepted the settlement with no admission of wrongdoing. For somebody who leads an organization where "they do not settle" (his words) on legal accusations, this is an admission that he did this. DOJ would not make this accusation out of the ether, and Trump would not be quick to settle if it was not true. |

He was probably told to settle because at that time this was a big thing the government was going after all over the place. The Feds do not run out of time or money, something his lawyers would have said. This was and is big business for groups like the NAACP. Make a claim, try to get some kind of payoff. War is peace.
