Alright, so this makes so much sense, there is no capitol gains tax proposal. There is not white skin tax proposal. These are utterly made up. There is no official platform containing any kind of capitol gains tax proposals.

Apparently the whole thing was invented as a talking point by rightwing talking heads. It is nonsense and irrelevant. It is the same as saying, "I do not like Harris because I do not support beheading white babies," yeah neither do I, but this is just deranged fantasy, and not her position and totally irrelevant when discussing her. It is the old strategy of saying, "I do not support candidate X because contentious issue Y" (when the candidate is not even involved in that issue.) They are just trying to get negative thoughts out there about the candidate.
