I don't know if they've come out with a preliminary description of the actions of the Secret Service, but I'm wondering, even if you were the guy with the big gun eyeing the guy showing up on that roof, are you going to shoot first, or call it in to see if someone ordered one of your own guys into a new position, perhaps to check out something suspicious.. You also don't want to be the guy who blows away one of your own men right in the middle of Trump's rally. The guy was wearing fatigues, and I saw other people come in there later that looked very military as part of the response.

This has quickly become the most iconic photo of the past 50 years. This great man LITERALLY got shot, yet he's standing up pumping his fist and telling us to "Fight!" What an icon....what a leader!

This elevates Trump to the level Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy in the public's eye. And people 100 years from now will look at this photo and think, "That's my president!!"




But we still need to be vigilant because there are STILL classless, useless libbies out there who are crossing their fingers and praying for this great man's assassination......

All this picture shows is that the shooter fortunately, was a terrible marksman. Don't think this picture is going to change anyone's mind.

It certainly isn't going to make Trump any less of a criminal than he already is, or any less of a danger to democracy.

Trump symbolizes what America used to stand for, strength and resilience. Some people will never see that, that's their problem. When he speaks at the RNC they better have a solid roof because the crowds going to bring it down. Joe Biden is very happy because he knows they won't get rid of him now. He knows and all the Democrats know Trump just won the election on Saturday and nobody wants to be in Joe Biden's place. Nobody wants to be a loser.

I read that the talk of replacing him figuratively ended five minutes after the shots rang. It would just be seen as too political a move.
