Soopoo seems to be making the case that Israel is not deserving of criticism for the starvation of many and suffering of of tens of thousands of people in Gaza because Israel is involved in a righteous mission to rescue their hostages and deliver retribution for October 7.

Right now, across the world, that is a minority point of view - I believe it is a minority point of view even in Israel.

I asked the question I assume Soopoo would ask about something like the Geneva convention. Here's the answer I got.

You have mentioned many times that Israel should be handcuffed when going after the torturers.

You are now the arbiter of who is moral from an Internet forum? Laughable.

What should Israel do when confronted with hostages, and missile launchers, and arms caches, hidden in the basements of hospitals? Or hidden in houses in residential areas? It’s not like Hamas does not intentionally put THEIR civilian population at risk. It’s their modus operandi.

Israel bombs a food distribution center? Punish them for that. They hit an area after giving instructions that it’s a ‘safe’ area? Get them for that. They go after the hospital that doubles as a military outlet for Hamas? Too bad.

And I am not going to answer the question, for reasons I have stated before.

My opinions stand.

A better war policy as far as food is to cut off all other food and send in all the donuts, pastries, French fries., candy and the nastiest cheapest brand of *baby formula and nothing else. This war would be over by now.

*so the adults don't scarf it.

people are starving and malnourished -

Though Israel is small country, they really have the area locked tight. US has fought several times against forces using human shields. Personally, I think we did a pretty good job I thought on targeting generally. Israel can basically move at will which makes excuses a bit lame.

Starvation is probably a terrible idea as a tactic as Hamas is just taking food from those that have it. Weak hungry people running around looking for the last scraps aren't going rise up against well-fed Hamas with the guns. It makes no sense.

A bullet still kills a well-fed fighter.

The only viable Final Solution to the Palestinian Problem is for the jews to liquidate them: this seems to be Netanyahu's belief.

Hitler tried it with the jews and now it's their turn to play executioner.

I find it very interesting that in the face of such cruelty most of the other arab nations have basically turned their back, having neither love nor use for the Palestinians.

Will Palestinians soon go the way of the dodo bird?
