The Secret Service was investigating a threat, and was DENIED entrance to a Chicago public school because the school was afraid the Secret Service agents were actually ICE agents. So to protect illegal aliens the Chicago Public Schools hindered a Secret Service investigation. Unbelievable. Except totally believable. Apparently we rounded up 240 bad guys to send back to Guatemala and Mexico. The two plane loads to Guatemala went as planned, but the one to Mexico never left the USA, as the plane was not given permission by Mexico to go. I’m wondering what the existing protocol is? Does Mexico get a manifest of who is being shipped back? A list of alleged or actual crimes each person committed? Proof that each deportee is actually Mexican? Any way for Mexico to refuse 1 or more for who knows what reason? I’m thinking of this 180 degrees…. If Mexico said it’s shipping 80 Americans back on a plane leaving tomorrow, I don’t think we just say ‘ok, land in Dallas..’ |

Good behavior, etc…. I can think of NO CIRCUMSTANCE where a cop killer should ever be paroled. Of course he should have been sentenced to death then. This is what happens with Democrat appointed judges, Democrat appointed parole boards…. That’s literally MILLIONS of $$ wasted in keeping this scum alive. |

It was too much trouble for the USSS to get a warrant or permission to enter private property? As for international overflights, from google:
So yes, part of getting this overflight permit is disclosing a passenger manifest. As for flights international flights landing in Mexico of course the carrier would need Mexico's permission to enter Mexican airspace to land, just like international flights must get FAA/CBP permission to land in the US. Thtis also requires disclosing a passenger manifest. |

No reason to get a warrant to enter PUBLIC PROPERTY to investigate a threat. Which does not include public schools. Plenty of case law on this. I dare you to provide case law otherwise. |

So when Adam Lanza armed with an AK-47 shot his way into Sandy Hook public elementary school, the police had to first go to a judge and get a warrant before they could enter the premises, while Lanza was busy killing 20 children and six teachers. Got it. Law enforcement has 'license and privilege' to enter a premises without a warrant if they believe a crime has been committed, is or is in progress. This does not mean ICE does not need a warrant to enter a public school to detain an illegal immigrant. |
