What a stupid move...attempting "deed theft" of Graceland.

No way in hell a buyer would buy at auction and close the deal without having looked deeply into the title issues: I mean, Graceland is worth hundreds of millions to the estate of Lisa M Presley.

The thieves seem to have disappeared...as has their dream of effortless wealth.

Chances of a conviction were 100% until Cohen testified. Now, they're down to 95%

Not that Trump is guilty. This is a Manhattan jury.

Back up to 100% after Robert Costello testified for the defense.
The Judge ordered the jury, spectators and press out so he could chew Costello out.
Nobody has ever seen a judge take that kind of action

Overall just kidding
Who knows
Jury's have surprised me

No legal expert here, but having your star witness (Cohen) admit he stole from Trump on the stand goes a long way in discounting anything he says.

On a general note…. I am surprised more trials don’t end in hung juries. If I was a juror, after hearing the evidence, and then closing arguments, I am pretty sure I’d make a decision. I can’t really imagine ‘jury deliberations’ would change my mind. So unless it’s an easy one (12-0 from the start)…..

Do you know the details of how he “stole” from them or did you just hear Fox News say he stole from them 3,000 times in the past few days and are repeating that here?

It’s actually a pretty funny story how he stole from them (pocketing money intended to rig a poll in Donny’s favor for himself).

The guy is an admitted liar and thief, but it won't matter a bit to this jury.

"You did steal from the Trump Organization?" Mr Trump's lead lawyer, asked Cohen on Monday.

"Yes, sir," Cohen replied without hesitation.'

'Under questioning from Mr Blanche, Cohen said he submitted a $50,000 reimbursement request for a payment to the tech company RedFinch.'

'Mr Trump owed the company $50,000, but Cohen said he repaid the firm only $20,000, delivering the cash payment in a paper bag to a contact at RedFinch, he testified.'

Again: what service was the $50,000 owed for?

I'd assume you actually have people coming out of some trials undecided. For them, it probably serves a purpose. Also, there are often multiple charges and discussion might help someone decide one way or the other on some of those.

I don't agree at all

to me, it shows he is now being honest despite the fact that it makes him look very bad

as terapined indicated - criminals are jailed due to testimony from other criminals quite often

there is nothing new or surprising about it

when he walks that won't be the reason for it - it will be because one or more of the jurors loves Trump and his politics and was able to hide that fact when they were questioned to be allowed to serve as jurors

he's going to walk - prolly because of a hung jury - count on it
