Should also answer the question: "How good of a lawyer is Cohen, anyway?" A sharp attorney should have no trouble holding up under even rigorous cross-examination. |

I'd say 2 or more jurors deciding not guilty on all 39 counts, then it probably should have never been brought to trial. If only 1 juror, I'd suspect juror nullification. No way to know for sure, unless they speak on it eventually. Of course, whatever the case, it'd take a lot to convince me Trump is actually innocent, just that there wasn't solid evidence to convict him beyond a reasonable doubt OR a Trumpie hanging the jury. Chances of a conviction were 100% until Cohen testified. Now, they're down to 95% Not that Trump is guilty. This is a Manhattan jury. |
