On January 22nd, Trump attorney Alina Habba told Judge Lewis Kaplan she needed to delay Trump's defamation trial because her parents had Covid and she herself was sick.

Once disbarred she should be able to at least support herself with an OnlyFans account.

She looks like a very attractive woman in her 50’s…..for being late 30’s looks as if she’s had a hard lifestyle of chemical dependence.

Depends on the competence of both Carrol’s representation AND the terms the judge places on the payments. The judge can give Trump a reasonable amount of time to make the payment, or allow a payment schedule to be worked out, with the loser (Trump) subject to Contempt of Court and jail time if he refuses to comply. If this was NOT the case, why would ANYONE ever pay off a jury verdict? Knowing there will (always be) an appeal in these type cases, the judge can have the money put in escrow if he wants to guarantee Carrol gets paid if the appeal fails.

Frankly, the $83.3 million awarded is just plain stupid. I will let anyone call me names for $1 million. You can use way worse things than Trump said. If you actually think about it, being defamed by Trump is probably more a badge of honor than a negative to her reputation.

I think (unfortunately) this helps Trump on the campaign trail. Americans know if they defame someone they get told to STFU. They don’t get sued for $83.3 million….. unless it’s in a Democrat controlled state….
