Polymarket sweep at 40% odds for red.
https://polymarket.com/event/balance-of-power-2024-election?tid=1729011201561

They're likely holding it down like JPM did silver.

The only way out of this mess is a sweep.

So anything less than a sweep, there won't be another person like Trump, that can say "You're Fired".

It'll give the Trump admin the power and authority to imprison about 1,000 traitors or so.

One catch are the RINOs, which could handcuff Trump, but I'm sure he knows how the swamp works by now.

But those suppressed market numbers don't account for the fix, so they have to be super-high.

Would you abolish the 1st Amendment first, because your law would obviously not stand under it.

Sure. Whatever is necessary to end politicians just patently making shit up to get votes. I’ll happily suspend he Constitution to accomplish this.

Philip Esformes, whose 20-year prison sentence for a massive, $1.3 billion Medicare fraud scheme was commuted in 2020 by then-President Donald Trump, was arrested over the weekend in Florida on domestic-violence related charges.

Esformes is at least the seventh person who received executive clemency from Trump, only to be charged with new crimes.

Esformes, who had owned Florida nursing homes, was convicted at trial in 2019 of 20 criminal counts related to what the Department of Justice at the time said was the largest health-care fraud scheme ever prosecuted by the department.

If the trend is really moving up, a Harris win could keep the momo while a Trump win could reverse the momo.

Musk will likely slash 50% of federal government jobs.

I'd put Kennedy in as the AG, but he might go to the FDA.

Tariffs could crush China.

Putin is likely waiting for Trump.

To economically compensate for abortion, Trump has to allow massive amounts of immigrants in, but they'll be legal and vetted.

Possibly 200 million over 8 years.

https://georgiarecorder.com/2024/10/15/georgias-early-voting-first-day-turnout-on-already-breaks-record/

Within a couple hours, GA set all kinds of records for early voting. Very epic. Granted GA, is one of the only states fully opened (meaning today anyone for any reason -or no reason- can vote, many states require early voting to be registered and approved for absenteeism and vote in a specific location under certain circumstances.) Though I only say this to say "records" is misleading when you are the only one in the race since many other states do not offer such a benefit.

I think unlimited in person early voting is the way to go for growing the majority.

There is one chart that got my attention:

"Partisans' Trust in Mass Media, 1972-2024"

Reds at 12% & blues at 54%.

It's the Mockingbird but the majority of the folks on the left, apparently can't see it.

The 12% of the blues are likely RINOs, like Cheney.

Fox is part of the Mockingbird.

The majority of the ones that can see the Mockingbird, don't realize the depth.

The key is to not insult the ones that don't see it.

Americans' Trust in Media Remains at Trend Low

Bottom Line

The United States continues to suffer from a crisis in confidence in many institutions, including the federal government, its three branches, and those who either hold or are running for public office. In addition, trust in the fourth estate -- the mass media -- is at a new low. Local and state governments and the American people as a whole are the only entities garnering trust from more than half of U.S. adults.

Trump's message becomes very dark

from the article:

"recent comments about the possibility of military action against 'the enemy within' - meaning anyone who opposes him

"In an interview on Sunday, Mr. Trump framed Democrats as the pernicious 'enemy from within' that would cause chaos on Election Day that he speculated the National Guard might need to handle"

seems to me the Harris campaign has realized two things and has the Media assisting on these,

* certain people are really scared of Trump and emphasizing worst case scenarios of what he might do is very effective

* emphasizing Trump's age and how he may be slipping is very effective
