seems to me the Harris campaign has realized two things and has the Media assisting on these,

* certain people are really scared of Trump and emphasizing worst case scenarios of what he might do is very effective

* emphasizing Trump's age and how he may be slipping is very effective

It seems you have just realized how political campaigns work. Better late than never.

The Mockingbird will tell you what they are going to do.

For example, if Harris comes out all of the sudden and implies danger by Trump's power and authority, what they're really saying is they are planning danger.

But Harris has to say it, if she wants the power and authority.

Then the Mockingbird repeats it about 1,000 times.

Soon, 54% of Democrats will believe it.

It doesn't matter how much or what we show in a debate because they'll side with the Mockingbird.

It's one way they fix elections.

And they're the ones that want to prevent disinformation through the first amendment. LOL

The only way to remove the Mockingbird is a red sweep.

https://georgiarecorder.com/2024/10/15/georgias-early-voting-first-day-turnout-on-already-breaks-record/

Within a couple hours, GA set all kinds of records for early voting. Very epic. Granted GA, is one of the only states fully opened (meaning today anyone for any reason -or no reason- can vote, many states require early voting to be registered and approved for absenteeism and vote in a specific location under certain circumstances.) Though I only say this to say "records" is misleading when you are the only one in the race since many other states do not offer such a benefit.

I think unlimited in person early voting is the way to go for growing the majority.

So we are less than a month before the election, and GA ostensibly has mailed out absentee/mail-in ballots. Can your parents confirm receipt of a ballot addressed to you at their address, even though you have never lived there and have never registered to vote at that address? I am asking not to challenge you, but to respectfully dispel the misinformation that states are mailing out ballots without request and to wrong addresses.

I can't stand Donald Trump. He is braggy, he insults people for no reason, and he is just a brutal personality.

It will be a live interview at 6pm, I believe.

Donny did a pre-taped town hall and it still went as bad as normal for him.

He’s gonna lower energy prices. Donut prices will come down because you need energy to run the stoves.

I am not sure that I follow, my parents live in a different state (different part of the country.) I have not lived with parents in well over 10 years. I vote in GA (my parents never lived in GA.)

As for absentee ballots, I plan on early voting this election (probably tomorrow,) but I believe the ballots have been mailed out, and can still be requested if desired. I am not aware of a single case of one being mailed out without request (it has never happened to me, and I have requested them in at least two prior elections.)

You, from another thread:

Your parents cannot request a ballot for you. My parents have the same primary house since HS, and still get ballots for me, they cannot vote for me, and if they do, my vote would flag as voting in two jurisdictions. Once I got a mail in ballot, filled it out, mailed it in, USPS reported it as lost in the mail and sec of state attested they never received it, so I had to go in person on election day, and go through crazy hoops for hours to vote in person as I was flagged as voting already (this was 2022,) so you cannot easily just double vote or vote for parents/kids. This is not the widespread problem that you are making it sound.

perhaps I was mistaken in my assumption about what was going on. So please allow me to correct my questions, and make it simple: Did your parents receive a ballot fro you this general election, i.e within the last 2-3 weeks? The ballots you claim your parents "Still get", how are those requested?

Oh I see what you are asking, sorry. And, I probably used poor wording. I am still registered to vote at my parents house (as far as I know unless it's finally been fixed,) and they received the sample ballots for me for each elections (not the mail in ballots, just the sample ones.) I have honestly not checked with them this election yet. So it is a ballot they receive, but not an actual voting one, just the sample ballots that they send to all registered voters with instructions.

The story about my ballot being lost in the mail and having to do a bunch of stuff on election day, couple years back was GA, and nothing related to parents house. Sorry, I see how these stories kind of blend together.

But, this year I plan on in person early voting. And, I will ask my parents if they received a sample ballot in my name.

Jimmy Carter was able to vote for Harris yesterday.

I would not be surprised if he passes away soon (like days/weeks). He’s been in hospice care for a year and a half, seems like he was staying alive long enough to cast that vote.
