This spin is the divisive way of the left, everybody that doesn't agree with them must be stupid. Trump admits that other leaders are smart. Doesn't mean he agrees with their policies. The worst thing you can do in any type of contest is underestimate your opponent, think 2016. If you need to negotiate with someone the way to get an agreement is not to start by calling them an idiot.
